The agreement between Great Britain and France respecting the boundaries between Syria and Palestine is published today by the Colonial Office as a White Paper. The agreement was signed February 3, 1922, by a special commission representing the two governments. It was ratified by both Powers in March 1923. Under this agreement the northern boundary of Palestine extends beyond the Hulah marshes.
