Military activities against the Turkish guerillas have been started by the French. Over seventy-five villages on the northern border of Syria have been bombarded and destroyed by the French aviators. These villages were the strategical points and strongholds of the Turkish bands.
Refugees from the bordering villages are arriving here daily.
