A special representative was sent by the Polish Government to Roumania and Palestine for the purpose of investigating the conditions of the Polish emigrants in those countries. He arrived here today and visited Colonel Kisch, the political representative of the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem, discussing with him the possibility of enlarging the facilities of the Jewish emigrants from Poland, through Roumania and Palestine.
