The Palestine Zionist Executive has already drafted the memorandum which it intends to submit to the Permanent Mandates Commission at its next session in Geneva.
The memorandum contains answers to that part of the Commission’s questionnaire which refers to the activity of the Jewish Agency. The data collected by the Palestine Zionist Executive have been despatched to London where the memorandum will be completed by the World Zionist Executive.
