Dr. Nathan Feinberg, a Palestine advocate, who has been living for some years in Genevs, working on international law, has been appointed lecturer in International Law at the Faculty of Law of Geneva University. His thesis submitted to the Faculty, which will shortly appear in print, deals with the minorities question, and is entitled “The Jurisdiction of the Permanent Court of Justice in the System of the International Protection of Minorities”. Dr. Feinberg is the author of a number of other works, including “The Minorities Question at the Peace Conference of 1919-1920”, “The Jewish Work on Behalf of the International Protection of Minorities” and “The Jurisdiction of the Permanent Court of International Justice in the System of Mandates”.
