Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat rejected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s suggestion that the two meet for a Camp David-style summit to reach a final-status agreement. Arafat, who met with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to discuss the deadlocked peace process, called on Netanyahu to first implement already-signed agreements.
