Palestinian Authority officers posed as sick patients to infiltrate Israel in fake ambulances, Israeli police said. Some of the officials are members of Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat’s security guard, the police said. The police added that some terrorists also may have been smuggled into Israel using this method.
