Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat plans to attend Leah Rabin’s funeral on Wednesday, according to a Palestinian source quoted by Israel’s Army Radio. U.S. First lady Hilary Rodham Clinton and Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov are among others expected to attend the funeral. The widow of the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin will be buried in a plot beside her husband at Jerusalem’s Mount Herzl Cemetery.
