Palestinian gunmen fired mortars at an Israeli settlement in the Gaza Strip. Earlier Tuesday, gunmen fired at Israeli army positions in Gaza. There were no injuries from the attacks, which came despite a call from Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat on Sunday to halt attacks on Israeli targets.
