Palestinian gunmen shot and wounded a female Israeli settler near the Jewish settlement of Ofra in the West Bank, Israeli police said. In another incident, Palestinians opened fire on a Jewish settlement in the Gaza Strip, but no injuries were reported. The attacks took place hours after Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat agreed to a U.S. cease-fire plan.
