Palestinian negotiators are scheduled to travel to Washington for meetings Monday with U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The meetings come as Albright prepares for her trip to the Middle East, which is scheduled to begin Sept. 1, and as Israeli and Palestinian negotiators continue talks to agree on a timetable for implementing the Wye agreement.
