Palestinian officials reportedly gave the United States an outline for a final peace deal in which they softened some of their positions. According to a document obtained by The Associated Press on Monday, the officials did not explicitly call for the “right of return” for Palestinian refugees and offered Israel sovereignty over the Western Wall and the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem’s Old City.
