Palestinian security officials arrested a military leader of Islamic Jihad who escaped from a Nablus jail with two other activists three weeks ago. Jabril Rajoub, the head of Palestinian security forces in the West Bank, said Iyad Al- Hardan was wanted for suspected involvement in terrorist attacks against Israel. Over the weekend, Palestinian police arrested another of the escapees, while the third remained at large.
