Palestinian suicide bombers carried out two attacks Sunday. In the first, a bomber attacked a restaurant in Haifa, killing at least 13 people and wounding about 35 others. Hours later, a second bomber detonated his explosives outside a clinic in the West Bank settlement of Efrat, wounding at least four people.
