Palestinian terrorist units in southern Lebanon breached the cease-fire twice Tuesday firing several rockets at the Christian enclave north of the border on two occasions this morning. They were the eighth and ninth cases of cease-fire breaches since it came into force at midday last Friday. Neither Israel nor Maj. Saad Haddad’s militiamen returned the fire.
