Palestinian terrorists are using facilities of the U.N. Relief and Works Agency in the West Bank and Gaza Strip as a cover, according to an Israeli intelligence report. The terrorists have stored ammunition in UNRWA schools and smuggled arms in the agency’s ambulances, the report charges.
