Paul Muni, American film star here on a vacation, was given a 15-minute ovation last night when he gave a scene from “The Life of Emile Zola,” At a benefit performance for needy Tel Aviv children. A capacity crowd of 5,000 at Levant Fair Concert Hall witnessed the performance and heard Heard Mayor Israel Rokach announce that Mr. Muni would return to Palestine in 1939.
