A Parliamentary investigation committee which has been studying the personnel policies of the German Foreign Ministry has completed its investigations and has made its report to the Cabinet, it was learned today. The committee was established on the motion of the Social Democrats after widespread charges that the German Foreign Ministry and diplomatic service were heavily staffed with former Nazis. Its task was to ascertain whether any persons now employed in the foreign services of the Federal Government would, by virtue of their record under the Nazi regime, impair the confidence of the German people and of foreign countries in the democratic development of the German people.
