Hundreds of representatives of forty organizations met in the Hebrew Free Institute here to discuss the project of building a Passaic Jewish Community Center. Plans for procedure, as outlined by Philip Dimond, president of the Paterson Y.M.H.A., have been unanimously adopted, and Harry Stein, a Passaic business man, was elected as temporary chairman.
