The Freibaurg Passion Play will positively be presented in Washington for the entire week commencing October 27 regardless of the protest of Rabbi Abram Simon, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was informed by the management of the Washington Auditorium where the performances were originally scheduled to be given. According to this information, arrangements for the presentation of the Passion Play have been made direct with the Auditorium management by the managers of the Play. The information also indicated that the reported cancellation of the sponsorship by the Organized Bible Class Association would not under any circumstances prevent the showing of the play.
The agreement between the Organized Bible Class Association and Adolph Eassnacht, owner of the Freiburg Passion Play, had been annulled as a result of the protest of Rabbi Simon.
