David George Paston, candidate for Congress from the Tenth District, composed of the Fifth, Sixth and Twenty-third Assembly districts in Brooklyn, has named the personnel of his campaign committees, which has headquarters at Capt. Paston’s law office at 551 Fifth avenue, Manhattan. The primaries will be held Thursday, September 13.
