Tribute to the memory of Dr. Thomas Hodgkin. English physician and friend of Sir Moses Montefiore, was paid yesterday by the Jewish population and the Palestine government.
Representatives of the Zionist executive, the government health department, Jewish physicians, the Hebrew University, the Hadassah, the Tel Aviv municipality and the Vaad Leumi made a pilgrimage to the grave of Dr. Hodgkin who died in Jaffa in 1866, while on a trip here with Sir Moses Montefiore, whose medical attendant he had been for forty years.
