A total of 25,414 participated in the Histadruth plebiscite for ratification of the peace agreement signed in London by Ben-Gurion, the Laborite leader, and Jabotinsky, Revisionist leader. Final tabulation of the vote showed 15,227 against ratification and 10,187 for it. The peace agreement is thus rejected.
