Estelle M. Sternberger, executive director of World Peaceways, who is sailing on the Berengaria on June 19, will address an international convention at London on July 2, it was announced yesterday. She will be the only American representative on this program. These sessions will be held under the auspices of the National Peace Council of Great Britain.
