Pennsylvania Governor David Lawrence arrived in Israel last night for a 12-day tour of the country. He will join a group of United Jewish Appeal leaders from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia now visiting Israel. The group will be received by President Ben-Zvi and Premier Ben-Gurion.
