A recommended preferential tariff agreement between Israel and the European Economic Community will be deliberated by the permanent representatives of the six EEC member nations who will meet here at the end of November. The recommendation was contained in a working paper prepared by the European Commission on relations with Israel. Its conclusions were that only a full preferential agreement could develop economic relations between Israel and the EEC countries and benefit Israel’s economic development.
