Permit for Haavaramark Remittances to Germany Extended to February, 1939

The extension of the Haavara Germany-Palestine transfer agreement for only three months (reported in JTA NEWS March 8) does not affect the use of Haavaramarks for benevolent remittances to Germany, It was stated here today by Intria, Ltd. The permit for sale of Haavaramarks was extended to Feb. 28, 1939, by the London Standstill Conference last December and by the German Government.
