A concerted drive for membership will be undertaken by the B’nai B’rith lodges of this city, according to an announcement by Joseph W. Salus, president of the local council. A local campaign committee will be organized to work in cooperation with the membership committee of the district which is headed by Dr. Louis Gershenfeld.
The Philadelphia membership drive is part of the nation-wide campaign of B’nai B’rith in honor of the seventy-fifth birthday of its international president, Alfred M. Cohen.
