The Federation of Jewish Agencies announced today that it has allocated a record budget of $2,270, 000 for the support of its local health and welfare services for the 1964-65 fiscal year starting June 1,
The announcement was made by Nochem S. Winnet, Federation president, following approval of the budget yesterday by the board of trustees. The service fields and the amounts allotted included: Family Care and Individuals, $407,500; Leisure Time, $416,000; Child Care, $236,500; Medical Care, $881, 000.
