Machinery for the equipment of a complete needle trades school in Israel, assembled by the Zionist Organization in Philadelphia, was loaded today aboard the “SS Henrietta Siold” for shipment to the Jewish state. The school, which will be maintained as well as equipped by the Philadelphia Zionist Organization, will be located in the Israel Goldstein Youth Village in Katamon, a suburb of Jerusalem, which has been adopted by the Zionist Organization of America. The village houses immigrant children from some 28 countries.
