Phillip Stollman of Detroit has been elected chairman of the board of trustees of Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, it was announced here today by Dr. Joseph H. Lookstein, the University’s chancellor.
The University, founded eleven years ago, is entering its second decade as an American institution of higher learning in Israel, having received its New York State Board of Regents charter last year. Mr. Stollman previously served as national chairman of the American Committee for Bar-Ilan University.
