Rabbi Samuel A. Friedman of this community noted as the landing place of the Pilgrims, delivered a lecture on Zionism before members of the Pilgrim Ministers’ Association. The talk was requested by the organization after several of the members heard Rabbi Morris Lazaron of Baltimore, deliver an attack on political Zionism over the Message of Israel radio program some time ago.
