A pilgrimage to the former Nazi concentration camp site of Fort Breen-donck took place today. Besides members of Jewish organizations, the personal representative of King Baudoin, members of the diplomatic corps and delegations of all patriotic Belgian associations honored the memory of Jewish and Belgian political prisoners who were tortured to death or short at this camp. Youth delegations carried to Breen-donck urns containing the ashes of other victims of Nazism killed at the Vught, Vera and Stuthof jails.
