Pincus of the Jewish Agency reported yesterday that income from fund-raising institutions for Israel will probably exceed $200 million in 1969 of which two-thirds will come from the United States. Mr. Pincus returned from a visit to the United States, Britain, South Africa and Australia. He said Israel’s real need for absorption and other services for immigrants was in excess of $300 million a year.
