Pinhas Sapir, Finance Minister in Golda Meir’s Cabinet, has arrived here for an intensive one-week tour of five major cities in behalf of the Israel Bond campaign. He will emphasize the importance of the $1 Billion Reconstruction and Development Bond Issue in meeting Israel’s development needs as well as creating jobs for new immigrants from the Soviet Union and other countries.
