Plans for a $100,000 John F. Kennedy Memorial Scholarship Fund were announced today by Pioneer Women, the Women’s Labor Zionist Organization of America. Mrs. Blanche Fine, president, said the fund would be used to further the secondary school education of 200 deserving students in Israel.
