The University of Pittsburgh will receive $25,000 from the estate of the late Leon Falk. This sum was originally left to Temple Rodef Sholom, provided it was used for the maintenance of a gymnasium and swimming pool. Since these activities have been discontinued by the congregation, the executors of the estate, Morris Falk and Leon Falk Jr., asked permission of the courts to pay the $25,000 to the University of Pittsburgh.
