Plans for a conference in New York on Sunday, January 19th, of Jewish sport clubs and youth organizations throughout the country to form an American Maccabee organization on the same basis as the movement in Europe and Palestine, were laid by a committee selected at a conference of interested organizations held at the offices of the Jewish Education Association.
