PLANS FOR AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL CONFERENCE ON REFUGEE AID FEBRUARY 7, 1938, WERE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING HERE OF THE INTERNATIONAL LIAISON COMMITTEE OF THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS HIGH COMMISSION FOR REFUGEES FROM GERMANY. TWENTY-FIVE JEWISH AND NON-JEWISH ORGANIZATIONS WERE REPRESENTED AT THE MEETING. THE FEBRUARY CONFERENCE WILL BE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING AGREEMENT ON AN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FIXING THE STATUS OF GERMAN REFUGEES.
