Plans for the compulsory identification of all students entering university premises in Germany were announced today by the German ministry of education in an endeavor to halt the growing anti-Semitic riots of the Nazi students. In an order issued today by the ministry of education to all university rectors the latter are charged with the responsibility of taking immediate disciplinary measures against student rioters.
The order provides for speedy punishment of rowdy students and their trial before a specially convened court.
