Several prominent Jewish legal experts have begun drafting proposals for the establishment of a special Jewish trust collection for heirless property in the British zone of Germany, it was reported at the meeting of the Council of the Anglo-Jewish Association here.
The British Government, the report stated, has agreed to the establishment of such a body in principle. It was also reported that Rene Cassin, president of the Alliance Israelite Universelle, and Jacob Blaustein, president of the American Jewish Committee, are expected to take part in the forthcoming meeting of the Consultative Council of Jewish Organization here.
