Play Offensive to Jews Withdrawn from British Television

The British Broadcasting Corporation’s television department has promised to withdraw from its repertoire the television play “The Prisoner,” whose presentation, recently gave offense to Jews, it was learned today. The play’s central character was a Nazi-like Israeli officer.
