The Palestine Liberation Organization would like to issue passports to replace the troublesome travel documents used by its officials, according to Arab media sources monitored by the World Jewish Congress here. A Tunis radio broadcast said the PLO is currently holding talks with Arab countries on the issuance of “Palestinian passports” which would “replace the present travel documents which cause a great deal of trouble to Palestinians.”
