Cinj Editor to be Tried; Six Jassy Students get Prison Term (Jewish Telegraphic Agency)
Three more persons were arrested by the Clausenburg police on charges of complicity in the recent anti-Jewish excesses there. They will be tried by the military court.
Among the three is the editor of a student newspaper who sent an offer to the Kehillah that the stolen Holy Scrolls would be turned for a consideration of 60,000 lei.
The Kehillah refused to pay the amount and notified the police who secured the return of the Scrolls to the community.
