Medinsky, Petlura’s commandant in Heissin, Ukraine, during the anti-Jewish pogroms, was executed, in accordance with the death sentence pronounced upon him.
Medinsky was found guilty of the pogrom in the town in 1919, when 30 Jews were massacred.
