Secretary of State Cyrus Vance has invited Joseph Polakoff, chief of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency’s Washington Bureau, to attend the State Department’s seminar for editors and broadcasters at the Department Jan. 16-18. The annual event dealing with top foreign policy subjects attracts some 300 leading media representatives. This marks the first time that JTA has been invited to participate.
