Poland Anxious to Solve National Minorities Problem Justly, Polish Foreign Minister Tells League Ass

“The Polish Government has now taken a concilliatory attitude towards the national minorities residing on her borders. The Polish Republic is determined to solve the problems of the national minorities justly and democratically”, declared the Polish Foreign Minister, Skrzynski, in speaking before the Fifth Assembly of the League of Nations. Lord Parmoor, British delegate to the Assembly, thanked the Polish Foreign Minister for the readiness of the Polish Government to solve the problem of the national minorities.

The Council of the League of Nations today registered an agreement concluded between Germany and Poland concerning the rights of the German minority in the Polish Republic.
