Poland Proclaims “maidanek Week” to Honor Three Million Persons Exterminated in Camp

“Maidanek Week” was proclaimed here today to honor the memory of three million people of 23 nations who perished in the notorious Maidanek extermination camp. The program includes a commemoration service and the presentation of 23 barracks, which will be turned into museums, to the representatives of the countries concerned.
