Rumanian Foreign Minister Grigore Gafencu announced today at the close of his important parleys here that he and Polish Foreign Minister Josef Beck had agreed that the Polish and Rumanian Jewish problems could only be solved on an international basis. In a statement to the press, the visiting statesman said he had asked Beck to bring this problem, which is similar in both countries, to the fore during his forthcoming talks with British Foreign Secretary Viscount Halifax in London.
