The Jewish Colonization Association (Ica) and the United States Jewish Imigration Committee will be represented at this conference. The United Jewish Emigration Committee will present a memorandum on the position of the large numbers of Jewish emigrants who are stranded in the various European ports waiting for the opening of the American quota. The passing of the new immigration bill by the United States Congress and Senate, and the new immigration position created in consequence, will be the chief item on the agenda of the conference.
